The following terms and conditions are applied to all the services that caorlevenice.com provides both online and by email and call centre.
By accessing, using and/or making a booking on the website caorlevenice.com you declare that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions that follow.

1. DESCRIPTION AND AIM OF THE SERVICE OFFERED BY CAORLEVENICE.COM

Through the caorlevenice.com website, we provide a technological platform with the aim of putting the managers of Caorle accommodation facilities in direct contact with the users interested in them, in order to facilitate hotel bookings for holidays.
By making a booking through the caorlevenice.com portal or through affiliated sites and portals that use our technological platform, you will establish a direct contractual relationship with the facility you booked.
The tourist facilities present on the caorlevenice.com website have their own administration panel protected by a personal password, from which they have full control of all the information about their facility present and shown in their portal, including therein prices and availability.
For these reasons caorlevenice.com cannot in any case be held responsible for incorrect information reported in the portal itself.

2. INFORMATION ON THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES ON THE PORTAL

The caorlevenice.com administration carries out a check prior to including the facility in the portal, regarding the official classification, description of the facility, the services, the prices, etc.
Later, each facility entered in the portal will be given a personal administration panel with a personal password and will therefore, from that moment, be fully responsible at all times for the completeness and truth of the information seen on our website.

3. COST OF THE SERVICE OFFERED BY CAORLEVENICE.COM FOR USERS

The services offered by caorlevenice.com are completely free.
No cost will be charged for the booking or the call centre service.

4. PRICES

The prices on the caorlevenice.com portal will be the ones on the official price lists of the accommodation facilities, Or  the hotel can do some offer or somed discount applicable only in the event of online booking.

5. PAYMENT OF THE ACCOMMODATION

The payment for the accommodation, will be made directly in the facility booked or our offoce  can ask the 30% of total amount like account.

6. CREDIT CARDS TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING

The facilities ask for your credit card details as a guarantee for the booking.
The data you enter will be forwarded to the facility you book. In order to protect and encrypt the data you enter, caorlevenice.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. From the moment you send your data to the facility, the facility itself will be solely responsible for the correct use and storage of it.
The tourist facility cannot use your details in any case except for checking the correctness and will not be able to debit anything except for in the event of late cancellation or no-show (as stated in the booking conditions).

7. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW

The standard conditions that caorlevenice.com applies for late cancellations of bookings or no-shows are as follows:
•  There is no cost for cancellations made up to 7 days before the envisaged arrival date.
•  For cancellations made after 7 days before the arrival date, the first 3 nights will be charged.
•  For no-shows the cost of the whole stay will be charged.

However, some of the facilities on our portal may have different conditions, therefore we always recommend when booking, to consult the CANCELLATION POLICY in the detailed page on the accommodation facility.

8.VARIOUS

The software used by caorlevenice.com to provide the services, and the copyright of the contents of the information and material published on our website, are the exclusive property of caorlevenice.com and its suppliers.
They cannot in any case be copied or used, totally or partially, without prior written authorisation from caorlevenice.com. These terms and the provision of our services will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the Italian law and for any controversy the Court of Venice - Italy will have sole jurisdiction.
